Min and James are two of the loveliest people you’ll ever meet. I met Min at a few years back when she was a bridesmaids at a wedding that I shot. Since then she’s been a bridesmaid at a second wedding, and a guest at another. It’s always been great to see her smiling face at the weddings I was shooting so I was pretty excited when she told me that she and James wanted me at their wedding too. Even more excited when they told me where it was!
Thanks so much for trusting me and having me along at your beautiful wedding!
Parked out the from of Harvest was the 4 wheel drive that they had driven across the whole country for the past 12 months before ending in Byron for their wedding…..amazing!
For the entire 12 months leading up to the wedding Min and James drove all over this great country of ours. From the top to the bottom and all the way from east to west and back again again these guys have covered a lot of ground. Check out their adventures here http://jamesandmin.blogspot.com.au/ They ended the trip by getting married in this special place.
The photo below shows a postcard which doubles as the guest name tags. The postcards had a hand written message on the back of the card for each of the guests AND the location of each postcard also relates to that person somehow. The picked up each of the postcards while on their trip around the country. The amount of time and effort that went into those is pretty special!!
One of my all time fave wedding moments. During his speech, Min’s dad pulled out the corsage that James gave Min for their year 10 formal. They’d been keeping it in the freezer for the past 15 years until this day arrived. Their reaction was priceless!!
