Clare and Rich’s wedding was amazing. One of those weddings where everybody looked like they were having a good time – including me! When I’m shooting a 12 hour+ wedding I usually get pretty tired at some stage. But not at this one. It just went so quick and it was all over before I knew it. A true testament to Clare and Rich, their family and friends. An absolute great bunch of people and I look forward to doing more weddings with such warm and loving souls.
These guys met while travelling in Croatia. Rich from the UK. Clare on her way back to Australia after living in the UK. Rich apparently had some interesting hair habits but Clare was still keen anyway 🙂 After spending some time together in Croatia Rich took the plunge and packed his bags for Oz to see if he could make things work with the girl from down under. Clare’s parents were kind enough to let him move in under the same roof as them (very keen Rich!), and the rest is history as they say.
Clare and Rich – thank you. You guys are seriously good people. Really looking forward to staying in touch!
Ceremony and reception at Athol Hall in Mosman.
Celebrant – Sophie Coombes (the nicest celebrant I’ve met)
For any photographers out there I went for a new lens combo for most of the wedding (except for the reception). I ran the 45mm/105mm for most of it. I’ll be running with this combo for all outdoor weddings from now on!
